My Place is a photography workshop that introduces participants to documentary photgraphy, and the importance of telling our own stories.

Participants are encourgaed to document their immediate surroundings, whilst contemplating the beauty that can be found in our domestic lives, aspects which are often overlooked as 'mundane' and 'ordinary'. 

 

With the use of visual story telling techniques, participants work towards making their own, handmade photography zine which describes the places, spaces and people significant to their story.
